Cargolux President & CEO appointed as High Commissioner for National Protection by Luxembourg Govt

Luxembourg, July 27, 2012. Cargolux today announced that Frank Reimen has tendered his resignation as President and CEO following his appointment as High Commissioner for National Protection by the Luxembourg Government, effective August 1, 2012.
The Board of Directors will appoint in the very next future an interim CEO while an executive search for Frank’s replacement has been initiated.
Frank Reimen had been closely involved with Cargolux since his nomination in 2004 as Government Advisor with responsibility for the aviation and railway sectors. He became a director of Cargolux in November 2009 prior to being named to the position of President and CEO in January 2011.
The Board of Directors and the Executive Management are thankful for the many contributions Frank Reimen has made to the company and wish him all the best in the next phase of his career.
