Ernst & Young announces Pilot Freight Services CEO Richard Phillips is the Entrepreneur Of The Year

Richard Phillips was selected by an independent panel of judges, and the award was presented at a special gala on June 21, 2012 at the Terrace Ballroom of the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia.
