by Events on 2011-01-20 23:26:342nd round of the Business Negotiation China Meeting Series to facilitate China’s partnership with the global economy
Organized by LinLead, The International Strategic B2B Negotiation Workshop, Shenzhen--the 2nd round of LinLead’s Business Negotiation China Meeting Series, will take place at the Shangri-la Hotel Shenzhen, China on 12-13 April 2011. This will be led by the marketing master G K Lim, who will lead senior executives and forward-thinking professionals to grasp the principles of business negotiation and master advanced negotiation techniques for a competitive edge and sustainable international success.
This 2-day event is the 2nd round of LinLead’s Business Negotiation China Meeting Series, which was initiated in 2010 to facilitate advanced B2B negotiation practice in China and the rest of Asia. At a time when the Asian economy has increasing significance on the world stage, many Asian, and especially Chinese, enterprises are on the look out for opportunities to ‘Go global’, through international cooperation, overseas business expansion and even growing themselves into MNCs. Since business negotiation is crucial at every stage of international partnership, if senior executives are not aware of negotiation principles and techniques, they stand to lose out financially and miss out on business opportunities.
Much more than just bargaining for a bigger piece of the pie or a reduction in your liabilities, LinLead believes a strategic negotiation revolves around finding a ‘win-win’ cooperation, where all parties benefit. On the first day of the event, there will be a systematic introduction to the discipline of business negotiation, including topics such as ‘the business negotiation team’ and ‘the business negotiation situation’ etc. To ensure that even the most seasoned negotiators benefit from the event, a wide range of negotiation techniques will be discussed on the second day, including ‘negotiation power’ and ‘self-perception management’ etc. By the end of the session, participants will have a firm grasp of business negotiation principles and techniques giving them and their organizations a competitive edge.
To maximize the delegates learning experience, the 2011’s ‘International Strategic B2B Negotiation Workshop, Shenzhen’ will be held in a cross-cultural discussion style: the seminar will be conducted purely in English with audience interaction in at least 30% of the program. The interactive sessions, such as role-play and case studies, make the event a unique platform for senior executives’ to discuss advanced business negotiation practice. Since LinLead is an independent event organizer, the workshop will bring together delegates from wide range of different industries and job functions, allowing delegates to engage in productive business dialogue in a non-commercialized environment. The event will also attract participants from China’s neighboring areas.
The cross-cultural business negotiation workshop once again will be led by the marketing master, G K Lim, who has extensive international consulting and training experience, with a focus on the Asian business environment, including Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, United Arab Emirates and China etc. His clients include ABB, Acer, ANZ Bank, Canon, Citibank, DHL, GE Toshiba Silicones, Intel, Maybank, Microsoft, New Zealand Milk, Novartis, Roche, Samsung, Shell etc.
The International Strategic B2B Negotiation Workshop, Shenzhen is organized by LinLead Consultancy, following on from the successful debut of The LinLead’s Business Negotiation China Meeting Series, in Beijing March 2010.
