Loscam to Address 2012 ECR Thailand Conference

Loscam is to address Thailand’s largest and most influential retail and supply chain conference, ECR 2012, will be held at the Bangkok Centra Convention Centre from 18-19 July.

The conference, hosted by Efficient Consumer Response Thailand, will bring together the industry's leading retail thinkers, supply chain experts and manufacturers for three days of building conversation, innovation and collaboration.

In conjunction with Thailand’s leading hypermarket operator Big C, Loscam will be presenting its innovative range of retail ready equipment solutions in a speech titled “Enhancing the shopper experience through retail ready packaging”.  These solutions have been jointly implemented at Big C’s first cash and carry store, with the new store offering called Big C Jumbo.

Mr Peter Hubbard, Loscam’s Country General Manager states that “retail ready packaging solutions have long provided retailers and manufacturers benefits in simplifying product movement through supply chains. As Thailand’s economy continues to develop and the modern trade offering becomes more sophisticated, next generation solutions are now providing cost and sales benefits at point of sale on the shop floor”.

This year, the ECR 2012 conference will feature more than 25 leading retailers, manufacturers and academics.
