Paperless Warehousing Pty Ltd has been at the forefront of developing and installing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for the past 22 years. Founded and incorporated in Australia in 1988, with a vision to overhaul traditional warehousing operations, the emphasis has been on improving workflow and safety by removing the cumbersome traditional paper-based activities and replacing this with real time Radio Frequency (RF) and Voice related technology.

Linfox DC Manager, Ken Brown, is one such customer that speaks highly of the Paperless Warehousing system (PWS) delivered to their Yennora DC warehouse. “It was clear from the start that voice would improve our productivity, but we were unsure to what extent. Now the technology is bedded in, we are achieving consistent productivity gains of between eight and 12%, depending on throughput.”

“The increased productivity helps to reduce our distribution costs and also gives us the ability to increase throughput volumes during busy periods,” Brown said.

Recently Lion Nathan National Food adopted the PWMS at its new $250 million Pride Brewery in East Tamaki, Auckland. Sitting on 16.7ha, this new property base will combine two former warehouses; Lion Nathan National Foods Newmarket site and Lion Nathan's Wines and Spirits East Tamaki site. In the coming months, with the help of PW operational staff, these operations will combine at their primary Pride site, including issuing raw materials to the new production line management system.

In July 2010, after an extensive selection period, which included looking at their existing worldwide operations, Pernod Ricard Pacific (PRP) selected Paperless Warehousing as their WMS solution. Pernod Ricard Pacific own some of the worlds most loved wines and spirits Jacobs Creek, Kahlua, Absolut Vodka, Chivas Regal, Wyndham Estate, Malibu.
