Sunline Direct has recently invested in direct integration into the NotOnTheHighStreet online marketplace platform.

This enables their clients to list products, prices and channel specific inventory in real time whilst providing an automated order fulfilment service to ensure a great end customer experience. Paride Forte, head of new business for eCommerce Fulfilment Division, commented: “Previously, orders would be manually downloaded each day in a time consuming process. Now, once NOTHS validates payment, customer orders are automatically pulled from the website and into our fully integrated Order Management and Warehouse fulfilment platform.

All orders ready to go are instantly sent to the warehouse for pick, pack and same day dispatch.” The real time nature and flexibility of Sunlines Order Management System provides NOTHS with email confirmation for all orders including an embedded web link to the live tracking system.

Paride Forte notes: “We can now collect comprehensive data for each order, including all ordered items, addresses, contact details and despatch service level. This allows us to evaluate the most cost-effective postal carrier for the customer’s needs, reducing our client’s postage bill and rationalising customs processing for international orders.”

All orders are downloaded and updated in real time; allowing no transferring of files, which are all done via the NOTHS API. Paride Forte notes: “Integrating with NotOnTheHighStreet is a significant step in Sunline’s
