How does it work?
TEUN is an overall concept, based on a smart, unmanned machine, the plQr. This concept has been developed to provide a solution for the often complicated, labour-intensive and expensive methods being used to unload containers. TEUN takes care of the whole process, from checking and registering the products to the palletizing, wrapping and labelling. Thanks to the smart vision system, even the customs inspection can be handled by TEUN. TEUN can also attend to vapour measurements and provide a vapour-free certificate.

If necessary, the container rendered free of gasses prior to unloading, in an environmentally-friendly way. Of course, TEUN can be linked to the user’s warehouse management system , in order to enable the goods to be stored in the right place quickly with the correct barcode or RFID-labels.

The PIQR1
The unmanned plQr drives into the container, sees the cargo and maps it. Then the machine takes the products out of the container, palletizes them and if necessary wraps them in film. It puts a (barcode) label on the pallets and then they are ready for further processing or storage. Every box is checked for volume and weight.The plQr can effortlessly drive straight, backwards and sideways, thanks to a very innovative omni directional wheel system. It can move very quickly between the different loading docks. The machine is in continuous contact with a control centre; any possible malfunctions can be repaired quickly. The entire process is filmed and can be followed in real time.
