Starting in Saudi Arabia in the 1990s, James has worked throughout the Gulf in Express/ Freight Forwarding/ Chartering/ Air and Ocean services. In that time he has seen a massive development in the use of CRM / Social Media and tools for the Salesperson in the field.
Now working for DB Schenker Regional Office in Dubai he looks to pass on these skills and experience learnt to the new generation of salespeople in the field.
