Director-Logistics & Supply Chain Management at Massey University
Norman has a track record in Marketing and Logistics education at all levels. His PhD is in International Marketing & Logistics whilst his MSc is in transport.
His research interests are based around people in the world of International Marketing and Logistics. He is keen to show that people are still the most important influence in global businesses.
Current research topics include the HRM perspective in Service Industry supply channels and the continuing and more important need to update people in Supply Chain Management.
