    Agree with the team the incoming and dispatch numbers of cartons/pallets/trucks that they need to handle within the specific period, with that in place, set clear KPI’s that they can be measured on, and upon met the agreed target numbers a incentive is given (could be cash, recognition letter from CEO, family lecture trip to a resort et cetera), trophy et cetera).
