what are the pro's vs con's regarding purchasing or leasing forklifts, i would appreciate your feedback.

    Purchase is good if the work load is plenty and continuous. Otherwise leasing is more practicable.

    At the end of the day it’s your asset, after amortization is completed say 5 years eventhough it’s book value is zero still earnings can be made by using or selling. Con’s: Huge cash flow (working capital) involved.
