    You may want to check out this link which is the latest press release from UPS and TNT. It looks like European Commission needs more time to review the proposal. http://www.globallogisticsmedia.com/articles/view/ups-public-offer-for-tnt-express--offer-period-extended-until-9-november-2012 . I also understand that TNT shareholders have approved the bid
